Advent

Hello dear readers,
I hope you're doing great. I'm here with just a few photos capturing the Christmas atmosphere around our house. I've already decorated my parent's Christmas tree in our dining room a couple of days ago, so we've been enjoying the fairy lights during all our meals. Today, I've also baked some Christmas cookies and my mom is now making a mulled wine. I love all the Christmas treats. Tomorrow starts #tistheseasonathon created by Bookables. I really wanted to join in, but I won't be able to, because we're still working on my library and I need to focus on that. It's the biggest project I've ever thought of. Honestly, I never imagined how difficult would it be. But we are so close to being done and I cannot wait. The effort will be so worth it in the end, I'm sure. I'm currently reading Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, so I hope I'll be able to finish it during this week and maybe throw in some christmassy book too. What are your days filled with as of lately? And what book currently keeps you company? Let me know in the comment section down below...

  1. These are lovely photos. Your house must look very merry and cheerful.

I hope you will show photos of your library when it's done. I can't have my own library, well, maybe a tiny corner but I certainly like seeing other people's library.

I'm currently trying to read 'A curse so dark and lonely' by Brigid Kemmerer, it seems alright but not that great but I'm hoping it will have a nice ending.

    Have a merry December.

I will certainly share photos of my library with you soon. I might even do some videos. We'll see... Thank you for your interest. My family and I have poured so much energy into this project, so I hope you'll like the result... :-)

The book you're currently reading is definitely on my radar. Hope you'll like it in the end. :-)

Have a lovely December and thank you for your visit.

  2. Já dostanu ilustrované vydání Ohnivého poháru pod stromeček, už se moc těším, až si pak s přítelem společně sedneme (nejspíš o Silvestra) a projdeme si to spolu. :)

Užij si Advent, z tvých fotek dýchá nádherná atmosféra! :)

  3. I'm planning to read A Christmas Carol by Dickens, I've seen the movie adaptation last year and really enjoyed it. I love your decorations, the Nutcracker inspired ornament is so cute!

    1. Thank you so much. :-) A Christmas Carol is such a lovely book. I love to read it every year. I would also recommend the movie called The Man Who Invented Christmas. It's about Dickens' life when he was writing it. It's amazing! :-)
